Meet JT The Mentor Coach
A leader’s personal hope is a public resource
Oakland, CA native Joseph L. Thomas — known as JT The Mentor Coach — is a Life Coach and Founder of JT The Mentor Coach. With over two decades of experience, he has served as a mentor, consultant, and coach to individuals, parents, families, and community organizations across the country.
JT holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a Master’s degree in Counseling from California State University, Sacramento. He is a former college and high school multi-sport athlete, an author, minister, and certified trainer who has facilitated over 1,200 workshops nationwide.
During this season of his work, JT has chosen to focus his prevention and intervention efforts on families and children — equipping parents and youth with the tools, strategies, and hope needed to navigate today’s challenges and build a better tomorrow.
